Mr. Olaf Bödecker studied law at the University of Mannheim.
After completing legal clerkship in Frankenthal with the second state examination, he worked in a medium-sized law firm until 2011.
Afterwards, he was employed in a leading position at an association. His work focused on collective labour law.
He has been advising UVF member companies in labour and social law since November 2019. Mr. Bödecker represents the member companies in all three instances of the labour and social courts.
