Nadja Glock studied law at the Technical University in Dresden. During her studies, she focused on labour and social law. During her traineeship, she worked at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and in the legal department of the Association of Metal and Electrical Companies in Hesse (Verband der Metall- und Elektro­unternehmen Hessen e. V.) in Frankfurt. (HESSENMETALL) in Frankfurt am Main.

After her second state law examination in 2000, she spent a year abroad in Oxford, United Kingdom.

Since 2002 she has been advising and representing UVF member companies in all matters of labour and social law. Her work focuses on negotiations with works councils, e.g. at conciliation boards, and on negotiating (in-house) collective agreements with trade unions.

Ms. Glock represents our member companies in all three instances of the labour and social courts.

She is also active as a speaker at labour law events.

Ms. Glock has been an honorary judge at the Frankfurt Labour Court since 2003.
