Mrs. Klose studied law at the Freie Universität of Berlin.
After completing her legal clerkship at the Kammergericht Berlin with the second state examination, she was admitted to the bar in 2003. Mrs. Klose worked for medium-sized law firms and as an independent lawyer. In addition to a successfully completed specialist lawyer course for labor law, she has an additional qualification as a mediator and is also an experienced litigation lawyer. Her focus of activity lies on individual and collective labor law.
Since April 2021 she has been advising the member companies of the UVF on labor and social law. Mrs. Klose represents the member companies in all three instances of labor and social jurisdiction.
