RA Nadja Glock

After a one-year stay in Oxford/UK in 2002, Nadja Glock took up her work as an attorney with the Unternehmerverband Frankfurt Rhein-Main (Frankfurt Rhine-Main Business Association). She has been a court attorney since 2003. Ms Glock has specialized in providing UVF members with support in negotiations with works councils/arbitration committees and, in addition, contributes her in-depth knowledge of the German Lawyers' Fees Act and matters involving wage attachment/exemption from wage attachment. |

RA Dr. Andreas Geyer

Dr. Andreas Geyer completed an internationally-oriented law programme (one-year stay at Columbia University/New York), has been a licensed attorney since 1997, and after his start in the profession in a business-law office has been working at UVF for more than ten years. His core competence is advising UVF members in the midst of restructuring and transfers of undertakings. |

Peter Hampel has been a licensed attorney since 2000. After starting his career at an international corporate law office in Frankfurt he has been advising UVF members since 2002. His specialties are in the areas of collective bargaining and its legal environment, part-time hours for older employees, and company retirement plans. |

RA Per Risberg

After passing the second state law exam Per Risberg was initially appointed as judge in the Hessian court system; in 1993 received his licence to be an attorney and switched to UVF. There he supports companies in all areas of labour law, specializing in questions related to right of termination and for the participation rights of the works council. He has many years of experience in the Federal Labour Court. |
